ScreenQuest does not create an online child account. Child profiles, learning records, rewards, selected apps, and app-usage totals are stored locally with the Android app.
Delete one child's local data
- Open ScreenQuest.
- Choose Grown-ups settings and enter the parent PIN.
- Under Children, select the child.
- Open Advanced.
- Choose Remove child and confirm.
This removes that child's local profile, earned-time balance, practice history, mastery, focus areas, usage totals, and related settings. It does not remove other child profiles.
Delete all local ScreenQuest data
Use Android Settings → Apps → ScreenQuest → Storage & cache → Clear storage. You may also uninstall ScreenQuest. The audited app disables Android Auto Backup for these local records.
Clearing storage or uninstalling cannot be undone. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
Subscription and purchase records
Google Play and RevenueCat may retain transaction and technical records needed for billing, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. ScreenQuest does not receive full payment-card details.
Manage or cancel the recurring plan through Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling normally stops future renewal while access continues through the current paid period.
Submit a privacy request
Email privacy@screenquest.tech with the subject “ScreenQuest privacy request.” Because subscriptions use an anonymous installation identifier, we may need a Google Play transaction ID or other limited proof to locate a record.
Do not send a child's unnecessary personal information, a grown-up PIN, Google password, or full payment-card information.
